Nikon Speedlight Workshop (Stage 1)

This course is ideal for photographers from the absolute beginner to aspiring pro, who wish quickly, and with confidence, to obtain rewarding results using an add on Speedlight in their camera.
We have also found many existing photographers have also attended to fill in any gaps in their knowledge, or simply as a refresh of skills and ideas. Apart from a confirmation of numerous things, they often leave very pleased with new things learned.
With the explanations and techniques shown, photographers can achieve things beyond those possible with ambient light alone. And at the same time, applying the advice can significantly shorten post capture work time, and make flash photography fun and rewarding.
We explain the theory of setting up the various and main Speedlight features in an easy to follow step-by-step way. This is combined with some simple photography, so delegates can leave with shots taken as a reference of the days explanations to support they’re training notes.
Information packed, but fun and easy to follow, this course offers a balanced mix of theory and practical. It also offers ‘real world’ tips that go way beyond those found in instruction books and magazine features. I tap into my decades of real world experiences too share the solutions.
In short, this workshop provides the basis for a lifetime of flash creativity for the beginner, enthusiast or professional.
