I am pleased to announce that once again we will be presenting our Nikon Pro User seminars in conjunction with Calumet. This has been very successful in the past, with countless positive comments from those who have attended. This year it has been updated further.

Primarily for those looking to get the best from Nikon equipment professionally, it starts from the ground up for those starting out, but is also a good refresher for those with more experience that would like to confirm they have the best workflow.
I share my experience of using the equipment in many different situations, and with my ‘real world’ analysis of what works best and what not so well. Plus those hints and tips that you dont see written down that delegates seem to appreciate.

Portable Flash Around The Uk
Coming along during June will be my portable flash seminars in conjunction with Calumet. We will be visiting Manchester, London, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Nottingham. So if you use Canon Speedlites, Nikon Speedlights, or shoot with Sony, Olympus, Pentax or another camera brands flash units, these events take the mystery out of how to achieve professional results with them. But we do so from the ground up so this is ideal for those new to flash photography.
From fill-in flash mastery on location, too shooting great indoor shots with a single on camera or multiple wireless flash set-up, there is plenty of ground covered and delegates have always spoken highly of the content and presentation.

New To Digital Photography?

The D3 really has changed the way many photographers think about how a true pro camera should be. Then we saw the same sensor and hence imaging performance in the D700, before the high resolution D3x came along. Whilst each has its unique strengths there is much the same when it comes to setting them up and appreciating how to maximise what you get from them. I am happy therefore to stand in for Nikon Uk’s training staff and run their course on the three for them occasionally. This will see me in Edinburgh on October 22nd. I will also add some of my own ideas on how to get the best from them to the content, based on my own real world use.
